Refund Policy

We have a 7 day policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition in order for the return to be accepted. If the item is not in the same condition and has defects the return will not be accepted. Items that are sent without any notification or any contact from KoolKidz will be rejected.

Once return item has been received by us we will notify you immediately if it has been accepted or not. The payment would be refunded to the original payment method. This may take some time depending on the bank or company's processing time.

Sale items unfortunately cannot be refunded or accepted for returns.

Damages

We make sure the item being sent is in perfect condition. Unfortunately if you do come across a defective item or the wrong order, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges as long as we have been contacted during the 7 day period after the item was received. Exchanges are only accepted if the item was defective or is the wrong size.

I cannot accept returns or exchanges for;

  • Custom or personalised orders
  •  Perishable products
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items
